Adult Education Programme

Illiteracy and lack of education both are very common cause of minimum awareness of people about their rights both human and fundamental.  They are the victims of poorness, poor health, superstition and exploitation.  A nation cannot grow if majority of the population is uneducated.  Keeping this fact in our account CRDS organized adult education programmes for the rural communities and the people coming from underprivileged areas like slums. ‘Har ek ko shiksha ‘ is our approach based program to promote adult education in our selected communities. We at village, spend time to educate rural people who  are involve in some very small income generating activities such as vegetable vendors, fruit sellers, casual labourers etc.  Our team members with the assistance of other  volunteer students spend time voluntarily to educate community people after their schedule work apart from giving them guidance for their income generating activity.

Youth and Sports activity

Youth have a very great potential to be a part of development activities dragging them to their extreme but only if they become the part of the system.   Youth need to play an integral part in the planning, decision making and leadership for actions and initiatives thataffect them.  Youth sports and cultural activities are the best medium to bridge the gap between work and generations as these activities provide the stream of high motivation, interest, involvement, contribution and the next phase development of community.

During this annual session CRDS organized some youth sports activities at village level to motivate rural youths and create the competitive spirit amongst them.  Our these activities were planned for providing youths a stage of mentorship which later on is a part of the solution of addressing youth issues whether they are social, employment, personality development or leadership, decision making obstacles or community based other problems. Youth activities are organized to connect a link of experience with these issues of youths, to build awareness and to suggest a way to positive attitude.
